At the end of a Release journey, the user can choose to picka future date, on which the asset is to be made available. When that happens, we speak of a Scheduled asset - and the status will reflect this accordingly.
What time does my asset turn available?
At this point, Cohero only offers the possibility to select a date, not a time. On the selected date, the asset will automatically change to 'Available' at 00:01 GMT (one minute past midnight).
While my asset is Scheduled, what are my options?
While the asset is scheduled, you can still:
Use the Tasking menu, to create or close tasks
Use the Commenting menu, to continue conversations
Pin comments and change requests on the asset
Download the (watermarked) PDF version of the asset, or the original source file
You can, however, add new iterations, or change the asset's info/attachments at this stage. To do that, the next paragraph will provide instructions:

If you want to alter the chosen release date, or make further amendments to the asset, you can open the Asset's action menu (...) and choose either:
Edit this version (to make changes to the asset's info or attachments - this is also the way how a different release date can be chosen.
Create a new version (to make amendments to the asset)
